为了鼓励参会者展示最新的研究成果，并促进学术交流与合作，本次会议设置了【海报展示】和【口头汇报】环节。参会者需按照以下规则进行摘要提交和申请：
To encourage participants to showcase their latest research findings and to promote academic exchange and collaboration, this conference will feature [Poster Presentation] and [Oral Presentation] sessions. Participants are required to follow the guidelines below for abstract submission and application:
1. 提交摘要 / Abstract Submission
应征条件 / Eligibility:
仅接受在2024年9月以前未正式发表的论文摘要。
Only abstracts of papers that have not been formally published before September 2024 will be accepted.
摘要要求 / Abstract Requirements:
字数限制 / Word Limit: 500字符以内 / Within 500 characters.
内容要求 / Content: 摘要需包括题目、作者及单位，通讯地址及邮编、电话及Email地址。内容需论点明确、叙述清晰、文字精炼。
The abstract should include the title, authors, and affiliations, as well as contact details including address, postal code, phone number, and email address. The content should be clear, concise, and well-argued.提交格式 / Submission Format: Word格式。模板可通过扫描二维码获取。

2. 投稿与提交流程 / Submission Process
注册参会 / Conference Registration:
所有参会者需首先完成会议注册，方可提交摘要。（注册地址为：https://meeting.cns.org.cn/2024NIF/）
All participants must complete conference registration before submitting an abstract. (Registration link: https://meeting.cns.org.cn/2024NIF/)提交摘要 / Abstract Submission:
注册后，参会者需登录用户账户，进入“用户中心”点击“添加或修改摘要”进行摘要提交。请确保所有信息准确无误，并按照要求上传摘要文件。
After registration, participants should log in to their user account and go to the "User Center" to click "Add or Modify Abstract" for submission. Please ensure all information is accurate and upload the abstract file as required.
3. 申请材料 / Application Materials
对于有意申请【口头汇报】的参会者，除了提交摘要外，需另行提交个人简历和推荐信。
Participants intending to apply for the [Oral Presentation] session must submit a resume and a recommendation letter in addition to the abstract.所有申请材料应在提交摘要后发送至cnsnm2024@outlook.com，邮件主题请标明：“Neural Innovation Forum - Outstanding Academic Award - Name”。
All application materials should be sent to cnsnm2024@outlook.com after submitting the abstract. The email subject should be marked as "Neural Innovation Forum - Outstanding Academic Award - Name".
4. 提交截止日期 / Submission Deadline

2024年9月18日（逾期不再接受投稿）。

5. 奖项设置 / Awards
【口头汇报】优秀学术奖 / [Oral Presentation] Outstanding Academic Award:
面向第一作者为本科生、研究生或博士后的参会者，设3名，奖项包括证书和500美金。获奖者将在大会上进行口头汇报。
Open to participants who are the first authors and are undergraduates, graduate students, or postdoctoral fellows. Three awards will be given, each including a certificate and USD 500. Awardees will present their research orally during the conference.【海报展示】海报奖 / [Poster Presentation] Poster Award:
在海报展示环节评选出一等奖、二等奖和三等奖，分别颁发奖项证书和奖品。
Winners of the poster session will be awarded first, second, and third prizes, each including a certificate and a prize.
