时间干涉刺激(Temporal Interference, TI)是近年来非侵入式深部脑神经调控领域的重要前沿方向。该技术利用不同频率电场在脑组织中的干涉效应,实现对深部脑区的选择性调控,为非侵入式脑刺激技术的发展提供了新的路径,也为脑疾病干预带来了新的研究与应用可能。
Temporal Interference (TI) is an important emerging frontier in non-invasive deep brain neuromodulation. By leveraging the interference of electric fields at different frequencies within brain tissue, TI enables selective modulation of deep brain regions. This approach opens a new pathway for the development of non-invasive brain stimulation technologies and creates new possibilities for both research and therapeutic applications in brain disorders.
为推动 TI 相关方法的系统学习、技术交流与应用探索,现推出“时间干涉深部脑神经调控理论与实践培训班”。作为第八届神经科技国际创新论坛(4月17–19日)的前置活动之一,本次培训班将于4月16日由 Nir Grossman 领衔,围绕 TI 的核心原理、设备系统、人体应用实施及应用转化开展系统培训,面向希望深入理解并开展 TI 研究的科研人员、临床研究者与产业创新团队开放报名。
To promote systematic learning, technical exchange, and application exploration in TI, we are launching the Training Course on Theory and Practice of Temporal Interference for Deep Brain Neuromodulation. As a pre-event of the 8th Neurotechnology Innovation Forum (April 17–19), this one-day course will be held on April 16 and led by Nir Grossman. It will provide structured training on the core principles of TI, device systems, human application and implementation, and translational pathways. Registration is open to researchers, clinician-scientists, and industry innovation teams seeking a deeper understanding of TI and its practical development.

Nir Grossman is the pioneer and one of the leading driving forces in the field of Temporal Interference (TI). He was the first to propose and validate the core concept of using high-frequency electric field interference to achieve non-invasive modulation of deep brain regions, opening a new technological pathway for non-invasive deep brain stimulation.
从动物实验中的里程碑式验证,到推动 TI 技术走向人体研究及脑疾病治疗探索,Nir Grossman 始终处于该领域发展的前沿。他不仅奠定了 TI 的方法学基础,也持续围绕深部靶向调控、人体应用及技术优化开展创新研究,不断拓展这一方向的研究边界与应用潜力。
From landmark validation in animal studies to advancing TI toward human research and therapeutic exploration for brain disorders, Nir Grossman has remained at the forefront of the field. Course Overview
本次培训班并非停留在概念介绍层面,而是面向研究实施与临床转化的系统培训。课程将帮助参与者建立从原理理解、设备认知到人体实施与应用探索的完整框架,提升开展高标准 TI 人体脑研究与临床治疗开发所需的关键知识与能力。
This course goes beyond conceptual introduction and is designed as a systematic training program oriented toward research implementation and clinical translation. Participants will build a comprehensive framework spanning fundamental principles, device understanding, human deployment, and application exploration, thereby strengthening the knowledge and capabilities required for high-standard TI human brain research and therapeutic development.

This module discusses the challenges and future strategies involved in translating TI from a research tool into therapeutic applications for brain disorders, helping participants understand both the promise and the limitations of the technology from a translational perspective.
