Instructions for Applicants

1.One-on-One Meet-the-Editor sessions at the CNS 2026 is strict open to registered attendees of CNS 2026. 

2.5-10mins (Neuron / Science) or 10-15 mins (other scheduled journals). Slots are limited; please prepare your core questions in advance. 

3.Submitting an application does not guarantee an appointment. Final confirmation by editor will be sent via official email from the Secretariat.

4.Each research group is kindly requested to designate a single representative to submit meeting requests. To ensure effective discussions, only one representative per group may attend the face-to-face session with the editor.

Abstract Submission (1 Page Maximum):Please log in to register your profile and submit your abstract. Upon logging in, click Add & Modify Abstract to upload your file. Only your uploaded file will be reviewed.

The registration is free of charge.

Recommendations & Important Notes

1.To maximize session efficiency, attendees with confirmed appointments are advised to bring printed copies of essential materials, such as paper abstracts, manuscript outlines, or reviewer comments.

2Please arrive at least 3 minutes prior to your slot. Arriving 5 minutes late or more will result in automatic forfeiture.

4.Cancellation & Slot Release: If you cannot attend due to a schedule conflict after confirmation, please notify us by emailing lichao@cns.org.cn at least 24 hours in advance so the valuable slot can be reallocated to other participants.

6.Updates: Once the specific time slots for Dr. Antonia Eisenkoeck and Dr. Luis Mejia are finalized, they will be updated immediately on the session webpage and pre-registered applicants will be notified.

申请人须知

1. 本申请仅对 CNS 2026 已注册参会代表开放。

2. 面谈时长：Neuron、Science 期刊编辑为 5‑10 分钟 / 人次；其余已排期期刊编辑为 10‑15 分钟 / 人次。面谈名额有限，请提前准备好核心问题。

3. 提交申请并不代表预约成功。最终预约确认将由大会秘书处通过官方邮件发送。
4. 请各课题组指定一名代表统一提交会面申请。为保证沟通效率，面谈环节每课题组仅限一名代表与编辑开展现场交流。

摘要提交（最多 1 页）：请登录系统完成个人信息注册并提交摘要。登录后点击「Add & Modify Abstract」上传文件，秘书处仅审阅您上传的文档。

本次活动注册免费。

建议及重要注意事项

1. 为提升沟通效率，已确认预约的参会者建议携带纸质版关键材料，例如论文摘要、稿件大纲或审稿意见。

2. 守时要求：请至少提前 5 分钟抵达指定会议室完成签到；迟到者将让出该时段给下一位等候的参会者。

5. 取消预约与名额释放：若预约成功后因时间冲突无法到场，请至少提前 24 小时发送邮件至lichao@cns.org.cn告知我方，以便将宝贵名额分配给其他参会人员。

6. 信息更新：Dr.Antonia Eisenkoeck 与Dr. Luis Mejia 博士的具体面谈时段一经确定，将立即更新至专题网页，同时已预登记的申请人会收到通知。
